Automatic receipt
E-invoices arrive via email inbox or upload and are captured automatically and checked for duplicates.
E-invoicing
Since 2025 German companies must be able to receive e-invoices. Invoice Insight accepts ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, reads the structured data and posts it straight into your myFactory.
Under the German Growth Opportunities Act, B2B e-invoicing applies in Germany. Since 1 January 2025 every company must be able to receive and process electronic invoices — regardless of size.
For sending, staggered transition periods apply until 2027 and 2028. An e-invoice is not a PDF by email, but a structured format such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD that is machine-readable.
Invoice Insight detects the format, reads the invoice data in a structured way and posts it — like any other receipt — straight into myFactory, with no manual re-typing.
One continuous, automated path from inbox to the myFactory posting.
E-invoices arrive via email inbox or upload and are captured automatically and checked for duplicates.
The embedded XML from ZUGFeRD/XRechnung is read directly — without OCR blur.
Account, tax key, §13b and creditor matching are proposed — as a reviewable draft.
After your approval the e-invoice is posted straight into myFactory and archived audit-proof.
